Hi Singam, thanks for your comment. If I understand correctly, you ran the command the ssh into the database and then tried to start the CAP application. Is that right? If that’s the case, then try opening a new terminal window (without closing the the terminal where you ran the SSH command) and navigate to your CAP application and try starting it from there.

The cause of the issue is that once you run the SSH command you will be on the command line of the virtual machine where your CAP application is deployed, but maven isn’t installed there so running the command results in that error. Since what we’re trying to achieve in this step is launching the app locally while connecting to the remote database, we need to open another terminal window so we can run commands locally.
